MCS CERTIFIED

MCS is an organisation which defines, maintains & improves quality by certifying low-carbon energy technologies & contractors – including heat pumps, solar, biomass, wind & battery storage.

CHAS

The Reina Group achieved CHAS certification in 2012. CHAS is established as the market leader for health & safety pre-qualification in the UK.

GAS SAFE

The Reina Group is registered with Gas Safe, who are the official gas registration body for the UK & are appointed by the relevant Health & Safety Authority. By law, all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register.

TRUSTMARK

TrustMark is the Government Endorsed Quality Scheme that covers work carried out in or around a home. TrustMark thoroughly vet companies to ensure they meet required standards with a commitment to good customer service.

PAS 2030

PAS 2030 is a British Standards Institute (BSI) standard which sets out the requirements for installing, commissioning, & handing over of energy efficiency measures (EEMs) in domestic retrofit projects.

RECC

The RECC (formerly the REAL Assurance Scheme) was set up by the Renewable Energy Association. Their aim is to guarantee a high quality experience for consumers wishing to buy or lease small-scale energy generation systems for their homes.

WIA APPROVED PLUMBER

WIAPS is funded by 14 of the UK water suppliers to administer an approved plumber’s scheme. In order to become a WIAPS member, a plumber has to show they have been suitably trained & has adequate knowledge of the Regulations. The plumber must pass a WIAPS assessment & show that the they have sufficient public liability insurance cover.

GREEN DEAL APPROVED

The Green Deal helps homeowners make energy-saving improvements to their homes & find the best way to pay for them.
