Heat pump systems typically come with a warranty of two to three years, although each manufacturer may offer a different period of cover. Many manufacturers also offer optional extensions of warranty, for a fee.
Servicing is required annually to ensure maximum efficiency & to meet manufacturer warrantee requirements. We recommend servicing via our trusted, third party supplier.
The Reina Group offers a 24 month guarantee on our heat pump systems.
In accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations, your heat pump will require an annual service.
As the annual anniversary of your heat pump installation approaches, contact our trusted partner to book a service.
Our servicing partner will book your service & send you a quotation, followed by an invoice. Payment will be required before your heat pump service takes place.

There are a few steps you can take to keep your heat pump in good working order & extend it's lifespan
Use a damp cloth to remove leaves, dust & debris from the filters, air inlet grill & evaporator. Use a brush to clear away cobwebs & dirt that could block the coil or drain
Wipe supply & return grilles or louvers with a damp cloth & ensure that they’re not blocked. Carefully hose down the outdoor unit to remove dirt.

The service process will check the particle filter, anti-freeze protection, level vessel, expansion vessel & brine temperatures. An annual service will ensure your heat pump is running to its maximum efficiency & reduce the likelihood of failure.

Telephone technical support is available on 01303 24864 & in most cases, issues can be sorted over the phone. If an engineer needs to visit your home we always aim to respond to any call outs as quickly as possible (depending on engineer availability) & will strive to be with you within a 48 hour period.
Currently, this is just an option with some Mitsibushi systems & may incur an additional fee. It may also be an option with Daikin systems in the future. Please contact us for more details.
